He receives $x per day (upfront) for transportation expenses and his local expenses are covered. The table below shows the travel costs between different cities. We assume that on the first day of his job Mr. Brown is in Cuernavaca. Determine the minimum value of $x that will suffice to cover Mr. Brown's travel expenses indefinitely. In your solution, you need to give the value of $x and justify the correctness (no guessing). For justification, you can specify a potential function. Alternatively, you can set up a linear program and solve it using an LP solver (for example, lpsolve). If you used an LP solver, you must include the code in your submission
