Problem - 3:

You and your team of purchasing agents are now very familiar with your company' Better Boat Bunks.

Question:

1. Based upon the criteria you established for qualifying your possible sources of supply prepare a list of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate your supplier after the purchase. NOTE: the KPI's should relate to the product/supplier in question but, they SHOULD NOT be generic in nature.
