The otce would like to ensure that travel longer than 1;- minutes to reach a resident may occur for no more than 111% of the population. Formulate an optimization problem to help the township to decide where to locate the ambulances, so Illat the travel time requirement is satised with 11.95 probability, while keeping the number ofambulances as small as possible
