Problem One: Restriction Fragment Lengths(Use Python to solve the problem)

We are given this short DNA sequence: ACTGATGTATAGTAGAATTCCTNNNNNAGGCTATTACATATATATCGATGCGTTCAT The sequence contains a recognition site for the EcoNI restriction enzyme, which cuts at the motif CCTNN*NNNAGG (the position of the cut is indicated by an asterisk). Write a program, named fragment_lengths.py, which will calculate the size of the two fragments that will be produced when the DNA sequence is digested with ECONI.
