We also that another 180 people hired on 16 January 2016. 40 of them left the company during 2016, 30 during 2017, 25 during 2018, and 20 during 2019, b) Calculate the 1 year survival rate, the 2 year survival rate and also the 3 year survival rate for the above mentioned 40 hires. c) Identify the half-life index for the above mentioned 80 hires. in 2017 the total number of employees is 1700, 400 of them have more than 2 year experience at the firm, another 260 have 1-2 years of service time, and 1040 have less than 1 year.
