Problem Statement

Write the introduction to your research proposal (How does a lack of leadership affect teamwork?) making sure to include the following information:

1. Explain the purpose of your research (what it is about) and the problem you are going to study (background of the problem, current situation, approach you will give it)

2. Write down three to four objectives that you would be interested in achieving when researching the selected topic.

3. Convert each of the objectives into research questions.

4. Include possible hypotheses or possible research results (if applicable to your work)

5. Conduct a brief search for information on the selected topic. Use the information to establish how the problem raised in your topic is justified. Explain why the selected topic will contribute to your field of study and business administration.

6. Identify and define terms relevant to your work.

7. Identify possible limitations that you could face when developing research on the selected topic.
