Process Assignment

Instructions:

Identify and view a process at your company or, if you are not currently employed, a public company where the process can be easily observed (for example Subway sandwiches). Refer to the dimension VSM example found here: https://youtu.be/a1SYBoajiJI and this storyboard example: Storyboard #2

For the assignment, do the following:

1. A SIPOC for the process.
2. A value stream map.
3. The identification of a non-value activity related to the process.
4. A spaghetti diagram on an area at work (or a public establishment if you are not currently employed).

You are welcome to draw your diagrams by hand or do them on the computer, but your finished product should be a PPT with four pictures or screenshots of your work.
