This will be accomplished by creating a process to improve communication of start times with physicians the day prior by electronic communication. We will ensure patient readiness by identifying issues the day prior with a focus on completing tasks to ensure the patient is ready, or making necessary schedule adjustments. A daily team huddle at 2 pm each day will be scheduled to discuss and communicate scheduling problems and communication needs. This improvement will be measured by tracking start times to ensure they are within 5 minutes of scheduled times. This is achievable by the benefit-to-risk ratio of 1.5 indicates achievability due to the strength of adequate staffing, leadership support, and the implementation of a new EHR system
