Process of making screwdrivers

Blade:

Hardening and Annealing The steel bars are then given heat treatment. This process involves baking the wire at a temperature about 732 degrees for 12 hours to obtain the correct tensile strength in the metal.

Surface treatment: A surface treatment is given for protection

Black oxidation: Followed by oxidation process

The injection process is done by a extruder machine

3rd Injection: The screwdrivers are now almost ready

The screwdrivers are placed in a printing machine

Thermal Printing: The screwdrivers are placed in a printing machine

Thermoforming Inlays:

This machine prepares the packaging molds

The screwdrivers are then kept in the molds

Quality control: QC tests are performed: Iso, IEC 60900
