Produce a formal written report which addresses two distinct research and analysis tasks, covering:

Application of Earned Value Analysis to a given project

Define and analyse at least three different organisational structures and recommend which kind of structure would suit a complex global Engineering organisation with many small project orientated businesses.

Describe the various project team roles, skills, disciplines and responsibilities of the main participants within a typical project team.

Assess the benefits of considering a mix of personality characteristics within a project team. This should include your characteristics, as identified by Meredith Belbin and how a mix of personality traits worked within the team building / structure exercise. Include your Belbin profile and a summary of key personality styles for your entire team

Analyse how a mix of skill disciplines and personalities within a project team can create risk to a project and how these risks could be mitigated by the leadership qualities of a project manager. 1,500w
