Produce Requirements, Scope and Schedule for the project that you have chosen. Specifically you must produce

1. A Stakeholders Register

2. A stakeholder Classification (Power/Interest grid or another)

Please note that you must indicate clearly:

• At least 8 the Stakeholders
• Indicate what they may want from your project (Stakeholder Requirements)
• Definitions of what Low, Medium, High etc. means as they pertains to Influence, Impact, Power etc.
• Who are the key stakeholders?

Scope

• Main deliverables that satisfy stakeholder requirements
• WBS (graphical breakdown of the deliverables - It should not be more than 4 levels)
• A WBS Dictionary

Schedule

An indication of the Project duration and schedule

Cost

An indication of the Project Cost
