Product designers can produce better designs if they can avoid repeating mistakes made in failed designs. Seek out cartoons, news articles, or videos of products or services that will fail or have failed. (Some will be of real products, others will be fictional). Discuss how the design process might have avoided the failure with a better design effort, or, in the case of truly flawed designs, have refused to commercialize a truly flawed design.

Should have supporting evidence and research to back up the feedback/insight submitted and demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with the discussion industry/field being tackled.
