Our law office represents Shigley's Supermarket, which is being sued by Mrs. Ida Ipana. Mrs. Ipana claims she fell and was badly injured because the supermarket did not clean up a water spill in one of the freezer cases aisles of the store. Mrs. Ipana fell in the puddle and hurt her back, neck and head.

Mrs. Ipana claims that she is suffering from slurred speech because she hit her head when she fell.Our expert doctor has examined Mrs. Ipana and can't find any medical evidence to support plaintiff's claim.He believes that Mrs. Ipana's speech problems are related to the pain killers and anti-anxiety medications she is taking, which she admits to abusing by taking far more per day than the recommended dosage.
