Program an Arduino Due (microcontroller) to rotate the stepper motor by a desired angle (90^o, 180^o, 360^o). This will be implemented in an open loop configuration based on your expectation of how much the motor rotates in response to your inputs. Measure the angular displacement using the optical encoder.
