Program Design and Logic Model

Chapter 7 of your text describes the "Four Steps to Preparing the Objectives and Evaluation Plan" of a grant proposal. For this week's discussion, you will be focusing on the first two steps.

Please use your selected nonprofit organization to respond to the following:

• Describe the expected outcomes of the program you are proposing for your grant proposal.
• List the type of evidence you determined was needed to measure the outcomes.
• Develop and upload a logic model for the program you are proposing for your grant proposal and describe the process you used to formulate the model.
