Program Evaluation: High School Students with Depression

As it relates to the needs assessment of this specific program what is the role of parents and or families? As a mental health professional developing this type of program what setting would be best for the program (high schools and how)? What other settings are appropriate? How would cultural sensitivity be used in a needs assessment for this population?
