Assignment E: Findings Dissemination

Introduction: You have now completely planned out your evaluation study. The final step is to plan how you will disseminate your study findings to stakeholders and the larger community.

A. Instructions: Select three individuals or groups that you would identify as stakeholders who would be interested in the results of your program implementation and/or evaluation.

Stakeholders.

1. Parents
2. Schools
3. Health professionals

B. For each of your three stakeholders:

• Describe the stakeholder and their role/interest in the evaluation process or results
• Describe what method/approach you will use to ensure they understand the evaluation study and its major findings
  • Format
  • Content
  • Timing
• Justify why this dissemination approach is the most appropriate for this stakeholder
• There can be more than one approach used for a single stakeholder (e.g., for the funding agency you might arrange a full evaluation report and also hold an oral presentation)
• Be detailed!
