The programme focuses on improving government's ability to use monitoring and evaluating (M&E) tools more effectively. This extract focuses primarily on Output 2, but carefully consider all elements of this operational plan. 2. Unit outputs, outcomes, and impacts As one of the main implementation programmes of the department, a Logframe has been developed. Part of the Logframe is displayed here showing the annual indicators and targets of the outputs. Operation of Evaluation Technical Committee (ETC) This is a key structure in supporting the evaluation system and ensuring it has a cross-government approach and that there is wide ownership of the evaluation system. The members include national ministries and regional governments. The ETC met four times during the calendar year 2019. It is likely to meet four times during 2020/2021. 6.
