Select a project (see: "Possible Projects") and brainstorm all the tasks required to complete the project (minimum ten tasks), how long each task will take to complete, and the connections between tasks (i.e., which tasks are dependent on other tasks and which ones are not). From this information, MAKE A a Gantt chart, a CPM, and a risk register. Possible projects: 1) Building a Deck 2) Replacing the tires on a vehicle 3) Pouring a new driveway 4) Painting the exterior of a house 5) Replacing the shingles on a roof 6) *Other (student choice) The Gantt chart and CPM will be done using software. A CPM example is included at the bottom of this assignment.Execute and Monitor a Project Plan 2 A risk register will be created for the chosen task and will include the following: Each task should have a minimum of 3 risks listed. Some research may be needed to determine what risks are involved with the tasks required. This assignment should be typed with all graphs/charts using an acceptable software program (Microsoft Office). Assignments will be double-spaced, font 12, and include a title page.
