Q3. Invite the tenderers for an interview, what should be part of the interview questions like, use appropriate verbal and non verbal communication, consider the cultural differences and equal opportunities and record relevant information. 

Q4. After appropriate amount of time has passed, conduct a performance review discussing what are the shared relevant information, ask question.
