In order to do this, you will need to select a property that you are familiar with (for example, your own house, a

family member's home or a friend's home etc.). All other information for this task can be based on the client's

scenario below or you can use the property you have chosen to inspect as the basis of your work.

You are required to outline the agenda and the order you would follow when you deliver your property listing

presentation to the client.

During each presentation, you will need to cover:

improvement recommendations, including costs and benefits of making the improvements

market influences that may be likely to affect the property listing

marketing activities and costs with justification of the options you present

agency services, fees and charges

process for listing the property

statutory and agency listing documentation including information about complaints/dispute resolution

services.
