• PROJECT 4 - Strategies to Resolve Ethical Concerns In this section you will demonstrate your skills and knowledge in relation to: - Report on where you can source ethical advice regarding ethical practice in real estate Report on strategies you can use to respond to concerns and discrepancies between personal or agency practice and real estate ethical practice standards You will need to access legislation and research information and/or visit a local agency to assist with your responses for this task. In particular you are to research the main requirements of consumer protection legislation and the consumer protection requirements of the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading. You should use a variety of sources to gather information including training resources, workplace policies and procedures, legislation websites and government and industry bodies websites. You are required to provide information about the following points below. You must prepare a written response to each point, which can be supported by example documentation as required. When uploading supporting material ensure material is referenced appropriately. Your report must cover the following topics: a. Sources of ethical advice in real estate List at least four sources of specialist advice and then research the internet and report on where you found specialist advice about ethical practice in real estate when it comes to making disclosures to buyers and tenants.
