Project: Binary Classification for Malignant and Benign Cancer Detection

In this project, logistic regression will be used to implement binary classification. This project must be implemented using the Python programming language, and no machine learning libraries can be used during the implementation of the project. You must implement everything from scratch using a numpy array and fundemental Python programming language. The initial code is given, and the tasks which must be implemente$$re given in the initial code.
