Open the attached document, "Project Charter Template." You have been asked to refresh the GCU campus technology to include $300$ desktop computers, $100$ laptop computers, and $20$ printers, referred to as the Technology Refresh Project. In addition, upgrades to the computer operating system and Microsoft Office packages are needed. Include information for all the sections of the template. The project charter should formalize the project, provide management with information related to the project objectives and management, and provide an explanation of how organizational resources will be used to complete the project.
