Project Description: As managers in the hospitality industry you will work with many different types of people. Understanding how to best deal with all the different attitudes and personalities can sometimes be very difficult to do. There are personality tests that may be able to assist in this task. As in all things there are very different options and determining if the information provided from these tests are accurate or true to nature would need to be considered. For example, the Myers-Briggs personality test is one that is very popular and commonly used when organizations are interested in understanding their associates and what motivates them to perform well, or who they work with best (Refer to Myers-Briggs website for more information - https://www.myersbriggs.org). For this project you will: 1. Complete the Jung Typology Test. Go to the link provided and answer the 64 questions listed. Take a screen shot of the web page that pops up after clicking \"SCORE IT\". This page tells you \"YOUR TYPE\" with a brief description. Below on the same page you will find links that will provide you with more information about your type. 3. In one paragraph, include your type according to this personality test and describe your type, in your own words, using the information from the website. In another paragraph, state if you agree or disagree with what the test results say and why. 5. Based on this personality type, in one more paragraph, describe the strengths and weaknesses in working with different types of people and how this personality type may affect how you manage people. Submit your personality test results and 3-paragraph reflection on it to Project 4 in Moodle
