Housing affordability in a community by building a multi-family apartment building with affordable housing for 100 families. The leader of this project will be tasked with establishing a comprehensive team consisting of architects, engineers, construction managers, and project managers. They will need to engage a team from the planning stages all the way through project completion and delivery ensuring that all project milestones are met. Additional project objectives above and beyond the bigger affordability piece to the community are to deliver this project on time and on a budget by establishing clear project milestones.
