Project Description:

Nowadays, many companies conduct performance reviews for their employees to evaluate their work performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, offer feedback, and set goals for future performance. It can help employees understand what they're doing well, how they can improve, how their work aligns with larger company goals, and what is expected from them. However, giving a performance review for an underperformer can be a tough task for an HR manager.

Imagine that you have to prepare a performance review for Martin Bola, an e-commerce manager who was hired six months ago. Martin's colleagues says that he is frequently late, and this reduces the amount of time he could spend doing his job. Additionally, he has a tendency to spend time casually chatting with other employees, making their time also less productive. Martin's boss says that he is unhelpful when speaking to clients and suppliers and does not bother writing adequate notes. Martin is always distracted and never meetsproject deadlines. Due to his carelessness, he did not notice that one of the popular goods was out of stock, and as the result, the revenue plan underperformed by 6%. Martin also always looks for external reasons for his failures.
