PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project aims to make a comparison across two different countries/cultures by applying Hofstede's 5 cultural dimensions used in one multinational company of your own choice.

STEPS:

1.Choose any one multinational company which operates in different countries.

2.Do research through online sources and find how this company uses different management styles in two countries because of differences in cultures.

3.Compare on the basis of Hofstede's five dimensions.

4.Conclude the report with findings and results.
