Nestle noticed that the quality and susceptibility rate of carriers has decreased during the pandemic. Meanwhile, since Walmart has automated new warehouses, the late on delivery, packaging, accuracy, human being errors and the other possible factors has caused an increase in quantity and the amount/number of customer and noncompliance fines. Last year, Nestle launched a customer fines dashboard and they were able to see the type of fines getting from its clients. However, they have not got a deep insight into Walmart's fines.
