- Introduction: purpose of the project management plan, project approach, and background information if available.
- Goals and Objectives: Business goals and objectives, project goals and objectives.
- Lesson(s) Learned: Describe and expand on the lesson(s) learned by the involved organizations. Add details, images, or graphs from your PMBOK or other relevant resources if available. Please don't simply rephrase the Lessons Learned section out of the case study. Some added value is required.
