Project Final Paper

The project final paper, made by your team, must contain the following sections within it.

Part One: Regarding the case study from PMI

1. Introduction: purpose of the project management plan, project approach, and background information if available.
2. Goals and Objectives: Business goals and objectives, project goals and objectives.
3. Lesson(s) Learned: Describe and expand on the lesson(s) learned by the involved organizations. Add details, images, or graphs from your PMBOK or other relevant resources if available. Please don't simply rephrase the Lessons Learned section out of the case study. Some added value is required.

Part Two: Regarding your own team in this course (not the case study)

Notes

The answers to the following questions need to be informed by the topics discussed in the course and PMBOK.

In this part, you are asked to explain how you completed this Assignment in your team, the role of your team members in the development and completion of the final paper you will submit, and so on. So, the following questions are not about the case study, nor are they about an imaginary team. They are about your team and how it worked on the project for the final submission of your paper on the day of the deadline.

1. Project Team: Explain each team member's role, and then
2. Design a RACI matrix for your project team.
3. Project Life Cycle: Provide a visual image of the project life cycle and indicate what tasks, activities, and work will be done during each phase.
4. Conflict Management: Explain how your team managed conflict, which may take place within the team or project itself.
5. Communications Management: Describe how your team planned communications management.
6. Change Management Plan: Make a change management plan, which indicates how your team dealt with change across the team and project.
