The purpose of the assessment is to gauge competence in MS Project and its application across the project management syllabus. An outline of a project is presented, for which you are required to develop a project proposal using the format provided to be presented to the customer for consideration towards awarding the potential project work to you. DO NOT present a proposal for a project of your choice. For this assessment you are not required to cite or reference any theory. Extracts must be placed immediately before the discussion in the relevant section of the proposal and reference MUST be made to the extract in the discussion to get that section's full marks. 50% of the total marks will be allocated to the written proposal component and 50% to the relevant extracts from MSP.
