The project deals with organizing a team to learn making a photo wall.

"A photo wall is a collection of pictures displayed on a wall. Choose photos in different sizes and frames and display them in a pleasing manner across your wall."

Project objective: After finishing this project a team, which is capable to create photo walls, exists and can work self-paced.

Develop project goals. What is the value of this project? Who can be a sponsor and/or a customer for the project?

Design 3 key success factors, which will indicate project success. Define, how can you measure them.

2. Propose team structure

Define demand for T-, I-, Dash - profiled team members.

3. Define the project model, give your reasons for your selection.

Based on the selected project model how a WBS or a backlog for 6-7 tasks can be created. Define the purpose of each task; resources, which are necessary for task implementation.
