Assumed restrictions to fast tracking: The later half of Acquisition can be overlapped with the successor task. Design Development can start when halfway into the Zoning task. The first half of Permitting can be overlapped with Construction Documents. The Construction task includes one month of demolition of existing structures on site, which can be overlapped with the predecessor task. The general contractor has found a way to reduce Construction by one month to 15 months in total. No other tasks can be fast tracked. c.
