Project Management:

We develop a trading store to connect local people who are searching for a single platform for online shopping. The objective of this project is to build such a platform using Existing solutions on Word Press and to deliver a workflow where users are able to upload the products for sale, add tradable products, add the amount to the wallet and pay through the wallet. This website will be in English and Urdu, we will use a bilingual plugin.

Make a report to follow these 8 points

Students are required to submit a report at the end of the session. Submission date: Before Project Management Semester Exam. The contents of the report include: 1. Project Charter (Students can chose their FYP or any other sample project, in IT/Business domain) 2. Detailed Scope document 3. Work break down structure (WBS) 4. Activity Sheet 5. Gant Chart 6. Quality Management Plan (One pager What Quality parameters shall you follow - in points, atleast 5-6) 7. Risk Management Plan (One pager Risks and their Mitigation plan - in points, atleast 5-6) 8. Lesson Learnt document - (One pager What you have learned during the project - in points, atleast 4-5)
