1. Develop a business case by identifying the following (one sentence for each would be sufficient)

b. Alternatives considered
c. Benefits that are hoped to be realized
d. Risks
2. Identify project tasks and develop a work breakdown structure.
3. Create a schedule to maintain project costs. Assume you have three people working on the project, and each of them would charge $20 per hour. Estimate that each person will spend an average of about five hours per week for the four-month period.
