Project manager Mary is in charge of making sure a project is finished. A, B, C, D, and E are the five procedures that make up the project in issue. Processes C and D can only start after Process B is complete, and Process E can only start after Process B is complete. Each procedure can only be completed when Mary has approved the results of each procedure. The following acceptance standards were listed by her: 1. Approve only if there were no more than three mistakes made in the process. The process manager assigned to A has an error rate that ranges uniformly from 2 to 9.

2. Only accept if Mary inspects 10 outputs and finds between 0 and 2 errors (not inclusive). Out of the 100 jobs the process manager has completed in the past, 10 have resulted in mistakes. Assume that he needs to provide 15 outputs and that his mistake rate is consistent with prior statistics.

3. C is an automated procedure with a 2.5percent error rate.

4. Only accept when all six outputs have been accepted. The success rate for the process manager is 75percent, and he has 10 jobs to do. Always get approval for the finished product.

5. When the process manager submits 8 documents, 4 manuals, and 6 outcomes of validation, Mary will only acknowledge this process as finished. Twenty percent of her time is spent on documentation, forty percent on manuals, and the remaining eighty percent is spent on testing.

Please Calculate the probability that Mary will certify this project as finished.
