Project Objective: To apply team, stakeholder, and communication planning and management concepts and techniques to an actual project. Project Overview: Students will work in groups of 5-6 to develop a stakeholder analysis, stakeholder register, stakeholder engagement plan, project team organizational structure with roles and responsibilities, human resource management plan, and a communications plan. This report is worth 20% of the final course grade
