Students will work on an existing organization (already chosen) and analyze its current organizational structure, design, and culture, taking into account how these elements contribute to or hinder organizational resilience. Based on this analysis, students will propose a set of strategic interventions (organizational changes) aimed at supporting the mission of the business and aimed at fostering resilience in the face of various challenges. Project Components 1. Organizational Resilience Assessment 1.1. Assess the current organization design, structure, and culture profile. (Chart is required + responsibilities) culture profile of the company, everything should be connected stable env, culture should be aligned with design and responsibility don't be general information be specific about organization 1.2. Enhance the organizational analysis by specifically assessing the organization's current level of resilience. To rearrange to adjust to the env and mention the current level of resilience no general 1.3. Identify existing resilience factors and areas for improvement (to support the mission, vision and business objectives). Each company is affected by different factors mention factors related to your organization 2. Literature Review 2.1. Expand the literature review to include key theories, models, and best practices related to organizational resilience. 15 scholarly articles all articles should be related not general 2.2. Discuss how organizational structure, design, and culture contribute to resilience. 3. Proposed Changes for Resilience 1.4. Develop a set of proposed changes to the organization's structure and design with a specific focus on enhancing resilience. (New chart is required + new responsibilities+ present and explain the changes) proposing a new chart and show how changing structure put new departments, teamwork, rearrange responsibility to respond to anything coming from the outside 3.1. Find new or improved ways of using resources and capabilities to increase an organization's ability to create value and improve returns to its stakeholders. Show the new chart as you proposed and also discuss if the culture is still the same or not 4. Culture of Resilience Strategies 4.1. Address how cultural aspects can contribute to adaptive responses and continuous improvement in the face of challenges. Discuss how it helps it survive 5. Implementation Plan with Resilience in Mind 5.1. Outline a detailed plan for implementing the proposed changes (structural changes), emphasizing steps that contribute to organizational resilience. Plan a plan and divide the responsibility for the organization in (one page) ex meeting, workshops etc. 5.2. Consider the role of communication, training, and leadership in building and sustaining resilience. 7c 6. Employee Involvement and Communication for Resilience 6.1. Propose strategies for involving employees in building and maintaining resilience. How to involve the employees to be part of the resilience 6.2. Develop a communication plan that emphasizes the importance of resilience and how employees can contribute. 7. Reflection and Lessons Learned 7.1. Reflect on how the proposed changes contribute to the organization's ability to support the business achievements and its effectiveness. Reflect with your experience along with the theories and discuss why is it good 7.2.
