- Describe what cultural safety is and its importance in the workplace.
- Describe your strategy to support the development of effective partnerships between staff, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people and their communities.
- Identify and communicate what resources you will utilize and how to promote the partnerships. This may include budget, human and physical resources.

- Two planned activities that you have devised to support the delivery of services and programs that are culturally safe and encourage increased participation in the organization.
- Design a indigenous aboriginal poster that promotes one of your two planned activities:
- Name of the activity
- Basic details (location, times etc.)
- Aims
- Who to contact for more information
Please note that the poster must demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
- Explain how you will integrate (2-3) strategies that encourage self-determination and community control in services and programs.
- Identify three (3) outcomes against which cultural safety strategies can be measured and document them in your presentation.
- Please inform the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander guest speaker that you will ask for their feedback about your strategies, activities, planned outcomes and your presentation.
- A thank you slide to close the presentation.
