The College has identified $11 million for the projec tin the hope that it can help offer year round sports to youth and adults in the Timmins and surrounding area. The location will be between the Emergency Services Building and the Whitney Area. The permits for the construction have been approved, but the college rrequires this projec tto be completed in 12 months with the main dome structure erected in 9 month and turf intalled in 10 months. The College requires quarterly financial and work reports. The Dome is required to be large enough fo al full sized cricket field and must be heated year round. The College has appointed Ms Sylvie Lamothe as the point of contact for your project and all authorizing signatures will have to be completed by the school's President. After a quick survey, you have determined that you do not have the internal Heating and Cooling experience to instal the heating system. Some experienced co-workers have indicated that they have seen a dozen similar Heater installations and the average cost being roughly $250,000.
