From: Manager of Marketing
The Toronto Home Show and Exhibition is taking place Apr 11-13, 2022 (see attached notice). We feel the conference offers an excellent opportunity to promote some of our new products.
As the marketing group within Powerful Solutions Inc., we have already determined the nature and focus of our company's participation in the event. We intend to promote the following goods and services:
- Our main residential product lines, especially our solar powered home water heaters
- Our industry leading quality and service
- Our leading edge technology
We see Powerful Solutions Inc.'s participation in this event as a key component to our current marketing strategy. We hope we will yield many new orders during the event and increase sales of our home improvement products by 20% during the second quarter of 2022.
We would like a very professional, highly visible display at the exhibition. To keep the costs down the display should, wherever possible, make use of existing physical exhibit structures, printed materials, and demonstration displays. The Marketing Division will be covering all costs (set-up, transportation, accommodations, literature, novelty gifts, etc.)
There should be sufficient staff at the booth to ensure line ups do not develop and to prevent potential customers from becoming discouraged and turning away. There should also be an interactive type display to provide visitors an idea of our product capabilities.
Please make sure this goes smoothly and thanks for stepping up on short notice as interim project managers.
