You work in the South African state president$$s office as a project manager. The state president has mandated you to be the

head project manager of the project to build a new home for him in Pretoria. The instructions are simple, deliver the project

within time, cost, resources and quality. There is no room for failure and your job is on the line.

Analyse the following questions and develop your response to each one by clearly showing how you will manage the project
