PROJECT SCENARIO You work in the South African state president's office as a project manager. The state president has mandated you to be the head project manager of the project to build a new home for him in Pretoria. The instructions are simple, deliver the project within time, cost, resources and quality. There is no room for failure and your job is on the line. QUESTION 1 (18 Marks) Project management involves the management of key resources which comprises both human and other types of resources such as financial, infrastructure, equipment and other organizational assets. Referring to the theory on the soft skills and hard skills, explain how your skills will be suited to the project at hand.
