Develop a training and implementation project schedule based on your collaboration tool recommendation (JIRA TOOL) to roll out the selected tool to your organization.

A high level set of activities include:

  1. Determine the types of training (in-class, facilitated webinar, training on demand, train the trainer)
  2. Training Material Development (who will design, write and produce the training)
  3. Determine training sessions (have a minimum of 3 sessions) and the training dates
  4. Conduct training sessions
  5. Assess results and future training needs
  6. Include a client sign off for training material development as a milestone

The project schedule should include a minimum of 15 tasks each with their own duration and dependencies (i.e. sequencing) in the project schedule. Resources should be assigned to each task in the project schedule.

The project schedule should include at a minimum the following resources:

1. Training Facilitator

2. Training Coordinator

3. Technical Writer

The project schedule can be completed in either Microsoft Project or Gantter.com
