Project Scope Statement:

Justification of a project: In this project I will be undertaking the task of installing rides in the amusement park. Also, making sure every ride is safe and secure.

Product scope: The scope of this project is to deliver fun rides to people. Also providing a secure place to enjoy rides. During the project we need to pay attention to tightness of screws, sharp edges of slides, bunker should be safe and have no glass fragments.

Acceptance criteria:

Some conditions to be met before accepting project deliverables

Safety measures:

• There shouldn't be any glass shards, gyros, cigarette heads, debris, or anything else in the bunker.
• Don't let kids play on rides that aren't appropriate for their age.
• To avoid falls, the toy area is covered with grass, sand, or a rubber cushion.
• Keep an eye out for any possible worn on the rope swing.
• Keep an eye out for any hooks that might catch on children's clothing or skin.

All rides will go through a tough security check and only then they will be presentedto the world.

Safe and secured rides for everyone.

Project Exclusions: If some rides are rejected and are to be found with some error, then we will induce this statement with stakeholders. Errors which are replaceable will go through checking first and then things that needs to be removed will be taken away.

Ride alternative must be considered as a backup plan.
