Discuss how a project scope might be influenced by the business environment; then identify a business environment analysis tool to assess a project scope and provide examples of reasonable and unreasonable reasons for changes to a project scope of work. Examples of business environment analysis tools include Porter's Five Forces, or SWOT, and PESTLE (political, economic, sociocultural, technological, legal, and environmental) analysis.
