Your proposal has to be innovative, that is, it's totally your own idea. It can be based on the theories you learned in this class (classical, physiological, social process, social structure, conflict, etc.). You can make changes to society, the government, the courts, the prisons, the economic system, family, parenting, the school system, marriage, the job market, and the individual. You can also use advance technology, or create some special equipment. You are not bound by the US constitution and can implement any changes you want. You can make up your own government, your own laws, your own equipment. The goal of your program is to prevent or stop people from committing or repeating criminal behavior.
