a.How you disseminate the budget information to the team members

b.Explain budget and relevance to team member's accountabilities

c.determine how the implementation will be monitored (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

d.identify KPIs of team members - what they have to do to meet their KPIs and within which timeframe.
