Provide a comprehensive review of current trends in the planning, design and building of sport facilities, stadiums, and arenas. Additionally, consideration will be given to the daily management of the venue and events therewithin. You will select and compare three different sport/event facilities or venues built or renovated within the last 15 years. At least two of the facilities must exist primarily to serve sport or entertainment at different levels of engagement (e.g., college, professional, high school, community sport, etc.). Though not mandatory, it might be helpful to speak with current or former employees or clientele of each facility/venue. Some considerations to include: Detail positive and negative differences among the three facilities and expound on how those differences (positive or negative) impacted their design and management/operations Rationalization(s) for the building or renovation of each facility based on need, availability of space and resources, affordability, functionality, and feasibility Funding for the building/renovation and management of the facility
