Provide a description of how to select a forecasting methodology. Including but not limited to discussing how you would go about acquiring the data needed, testing and ultimately selecting a methodology. Discuss the implications of demand trends, types of products, value chain placement, and other related concepts. Also, describe all of the methods that we discussed in class including their calculations, strengths and weaknesses. Be specific and give examples of how you would choose a methodology by discussing the products that were included in at least three of our business cases. Please be specific.
